I’m now officially back in the office after my Christmas break!
How are you feeling now that we’re officially in a new year and a new decade? It’s ok if you have mixed feelings about it! It can be difficult to stand firm in the face of change but I fully believe you can do it.
Making space for myself has been important for me over the holidays and that’s a positive change I want to carry on into 2020. For me, this will look like making sure I take every weekend off, which I really struggled with in 2019. It’s so important to remember to make space for your emotional and physical wellbeing, and to spend time maintaining your boundaries.
