FAQ

Are you currently accepting new clients?

My practice is, unfortunately, at capacity at the moment, so I don’t have space to see new clients right now. I do have a waiting list for new clients, although I can’t say for sure when I’ll have space again – it may be three months or more. If you would like to be on the waiting list, send me an email.

How are you working during COVID-19?

To keep you and your loved ones safe from COVID-19, our sessions together will currently be held via Skype, Zoom, or phone call, depending on your preference. This means sessions can happen in the comfort of your own home.

How much do you charge?

A 50-60 minute psychotherapy session costs £50

An 80-90 minute psychotherapy session costs £75.

I accept PayPal and bank transfer payments before or during each session.

Do you offer a sliding scale for payments?

I offer a limited number of low-cost places to trans and/or non-binary people. I know that it can be difficult to find affordable and suitable therapy that does not pathologise non-allocishet identities, and I believe that you deserve the best of care. If income is in any way a barrier, please don’t hesitate to get in touch to see what we can organise.

How can I contact you?

I can be reached by email at kathrynatfoxtherapy@gmail.com

When are you available?

Our sessions can be scheduled between 12pm – 7pm, Tuesday – Friday.

Where are you based?

My office is based in Hartlepool, County Durham, England. If you’re elsewhere in the U.K., we can still meet online via Zoom or Skype!

Do you have social media?
