Getting Started

Here is how we can get started:

– Contact me by email at to say hello and see about setting up an initial session.

– Depending on what you’re most comfortable with, we can talk by email or via a quick chat on Zoom to discuss any questions and, if you’re happy to, set up an initial session at a time that suits you.

– In our first session, we will talk about what you would like to get from therapy and what you expect. I will talk a little about the services I provide and what our therapeutic relationship might look like going forward.

– If we are happy to continue, we can set up a second session, and continue our sessions weekly or fortnightly.

All correspondences are treated with respect and confidentiality, and there are no obligations to continue.
