Here is how we can get started:
– Contact me by email at kathrynatfoxtherapy@gmail.com to say hello and see about setting up an initial session. We can talk by email to discuss any questions and, if you’re happy to, set up an initial session at a time that suits you.
– In our first session, we will talk about what you would like to get from therapy and what you expect. I will talk a little about the services I provide and what our therapeutic relationship might look like going forward. This will take place on either Zoom or by phone call, depending on your preference.
– If we are happy to continue, we can set up a full hour-long session, and continue our sessions weekly or fortnightly.
All correspondences are treated with respect and confidentiality, and there are no obligations to continue.
